Passionate by the underwater world, I've been exploring it since I was a teenager. I started scuba diving at an young age in the Philippines. Driven by a deep love for the sea and the desire to share it with others, I became a diving instructor at the age of 19.
My academic background in biology and environmental engineering is marked by a strong commitment to understanding and safeguarding the nature around us.
Freediving began for me as a form of personal exploration - an intimate way to connect with the deep beyond the bubbles. Over time, it evolved into a real sport and a powerful means of personal development. Today, I take part in competitions, exploring my limits and learning from every experience. Along the way, I've met some incredible people - deep, passionate “fish” who share this unique bond with the underwater world.
I'm very passionate about teaching. It gives me great joy to enable others to discover the underworld, and more importantly, to discover themselves through freediving. It's an honor to guide people to overcome their fears, tap into their inner calm and connect with nature in one of the most profound ways possible.

Spandan are inner vibrations, both still and in action. When we meditate and reach a state of advanced relaxation, we can experience tremors that radiate through the body, known as spanda. When I practice freediving, especially during mental preparation, I sometimes feel spanda, which makes me particularly happy and connects me with my inner self.
